This is the first set of miniatures from the Project Z ultimate set, it is made from the Biker set, the Biker Boss set, a sprue of Bolt Action WW2 Americans I had lying around, Doctor Puke and the Spec Ops vehicle.

So first up the Special Ops insertion vehicle – with the Biker bosses Minigun as weapon, some transfers left over from Bloodbowl sets, painted up as one of the those Black Hmmvees that all good zombie films/series have at some point.

Next up the Biker Boss and heavily armed friend, who alas has lost her Katana but still wears the scabard incase she finds a new one.

A couple of bikers – using only items from the Project Z Biker Gang set

More Bikers, this time with out bikes, so also generic survivors if needs be – all made using only Project Z Biker set

Now some more Bikers/Survivors made using the spare Bolt Action ww2 American sprue and the Project Z biker set.

Lastly we have our first Baddie – the evil Doctor Puke, have to say I loved this figure, I decided that anyone who reanimates the dead isn’t gonna be wearing a white coat hence is almost dressing gown looking lab coat.

I am still undecided if I will use the Project Z rules, The last days: Zombie Apocalypse or both at different times. The Project Z rules seem ideal for a quick friendly game with someone who is new to gaming, whilst I like The Last Days rules for a solo/cooperative campaign.
I was going to consider The Walking Dead All out war and The Walking Dead Call to arms rules, but with the recent announcement from Mantic that they are discontinuing these rules and set I think I will give them a pass at this time.
