So I am part of the Wargames Atlantic tribe over on My Mini Factory and for my first prints from the amazing array they have offered I decided to use the Gurkha sculpts to represent Balkan/Eastern European partisans as I felt the general feel of the uniforms fitted well.
Now I use a Cel Robox FDM printer so printing fine items such as arms and heads is not very effective, as such I use the body only files to create the core for these models and then raided my bits boxes for the heads and arms.
First up is possibly my most favourite – this occurred due to a miss print where one of the legs didn’t come out – so using a head from Gripping Beast Dark Age warriors, arms from Wargames atlantics German Sentries and a spare rife from Wargames Atlantics French Infantry 1918-1940 – I give you the wounded hero
This is another miss print recovery – whilst cleaning the figure I accidently removed his feet – so he is at a bit of a lean – the head is again from Gripping Beasts Dark Age Warriors – the arms are from Wargames Atlantic French Infantry 1918-1940.
Next two are heads from Wargames Atlantics WW2 SAS/Commandos and I believe so are the arms.
Head and right arm are from Wargames Atlantics SAS/Commandos and the left arm is from Warlord Games ww2 American Infantry
Head is from Wargames Atlantics SAS/Commandos, the Left arm is from the Wargames Atlantics Partisans (I think) or may be their Panzer Lehr, and the right arm is Warlord Games WW2 British Paratroopers.
Head – yes you guessed it – Wargames Atlantic SAS/commandos – the arms and ruck sack I believe are Warlords Games ww2 American Infantry
Head is from Wargames Atlantic French Infantry 1918-1940 and arms are Warlord Games ww2 British Paratroopers.
Now a random Victrix Naked Gaul Berserker head with arms from the Wargames Atlantic French Infantry 1918-1940.
Head and ruck sack are from Wargames Atlantic French Infantry 1918-1940, the left arm is from the Wargames Atlantic German Sentries and the right arm I believe is from Wargames Atlantic Panzer Lehr.
Last up Head and arms are from Wargames Atlantic SAS/commandos
Looking forward to printing some more from the various sculpts and sharing them with you all.
