3d Printing XMas Presents

So I appreciate this is post Xmas, but I didnt want to ruin the surprise for the recipients so decided to delay sharing these till post Xmas.

This christmas I used my 3d Printer – an Elegoo Mars 4 9k resin printer to create several presents which I then painted.

First up is a Model of “The Man with no-name” that I created by doubling the size of one of the 3d Breed Live or Die wanted models – this was created for my Brother in law who is heavily involved in Cosplay for charity including the 51st Legion, he has actually just finished building his own life sized R2D2. Really pleased with the level of detail that the model still had.

Next up is a scene I created from STLs for my Daughter. The STLs are a mix of ones from Kracken Studios post apocalyptic Petrol Station set and Anvil Digitals The Heist set.

Second to last is a scene I put together for my Father, it uses a mix of wargames atlantics digital offerings, Eskice Miniatures ww2 refuges and Tec Scenes WW2 city scenery. The posters are a mix of the ones delivered by Tec Scenes with the STL’s and ones I found free online. The scene is of a French Pissoir in WInter.

Hope these give you some ideas thoughts for how creative you can be.

I created this blog as a place to discuss Mental health issues. I chose to include Music ,PC Gaming videos and more recently tabletop gaming as all of these have helped with the management of my Mental Health and I thought people who find the Blog for these may also find the Mental Health resources useful. I am aware that a lot of people with Mental Health concerns are not aware that this is what they have or how to go about getting help, I know I was one of these people for at least 10 years. Therefore if one person is helped by the content on my Blog, if one person discovers the blog and gets a better understanding of Mental Health through the videos I post, then all the work will have been worthwhile. If not.. well I am enjoying making the videos and writing the blog, and doing things I enjoy helps my mental health so call it a self serving therapy.
