The Warning signs

OK so another political post ..

This time the 12 early warning signs of fascism. . and lets us just remember that fascism is what Nazi Germany was.. these are also classic signs of a totalitarian state

• Powerful and Contining Nationalism – I.e. This country is better than any other.. this is bullshit .. no one country is better than any other. . we all have our faults
  • Lets be fair the whole Brexit fiasco is proof that this is the conservative idealism
• Disdain for Human Rights
  • All I need to say is Rwanda – the biggest disdain for Human rights in recent years
• Identification of enemies as a unifying cause
  • For Nazi germany this was the Jews- for right wind 2024 Britain this is imigrants . .all I can say is we are all Imigrants there are no pure blood British left any more. .and we should celebrate diversity.
• Rampant Sexism
  • Ok how many conservative MP’s have had issues with unwanted sexual advances? TBH not sure .. but to be fair I will go away and investigate
• Controlled Mass Media
  • Ok which uk politcal party wants to privatise the BBC? ,,, I agree with depoliticising Media .. but at the same point privatising them will not achieve this, it will move the Media in to the control of those with money,
• Obsession with National Security
  • ..ERR do I Need to say more – this is the classic – we believe in personal liberty unless we dont like your thoughts or comments. .
• Religion and government intertwined
  • Now – I appreciate that we are not yet hear.. but I am sure that if you ask . .those on the RIght wing of UK politics will profess a strong religious believe.. whilst those in the middle and left will be more likely to be lest strident and even athiest or agnostic or alternative religion.
• Corporate Power protected
  • All i need to say here is Deregulation of the financial services .. who pushes for this?/…
• Labor Power suppressed
  • So as I can see part of Brexit was to enable the UK govt to ignore a whole load of workers and labour rights, they claim its about freeing industry and busines to inovate. No its about cheap labour.. reducing the power of unions, job insecurity and forcing people to work for below breadline money.
• Disdain for intellectuals and the arts
  • ok where is education funding going at the moment? .. which areas of education have seen their funding cut?.. and who hasnt acted to stop cancel culture. Understand this – cancel culture is Right Wing,, any time a persons ability to voice their oppinion is limited this is a Right wing personal rights limitation.. In the last few years the Right wing have successfully portrayed this as an issue caused by the left wing- but have they actually acted to stop it.. nope.. go back and read your history books…
• Obsession with Crime and Punishment
  • Errr… yep.. longer sentences in prison .. but no money for reeducation or rehabilitation of prisoners.. along with privatisation of Prisons.. so offenders are not helped not to offend.. and the corporate business make more money.. If you want to reduce crime you need to invest in deprived areas, and rehabilitation in prision .. not punishment..
• Rampant cronyism and corruption
  • Ok all I can say is COVID CONTRACTs.

I am sure that anyone with their brain switched on will spot the actions of our last government and will be able to review the prostpective manifestos to identify the right wing parties and those leading our country to fascism.

Now I accept that there are valid Right wing beliefs and thoughts – all I want is to do help people ensure that they are not at the expense of all of our Civil rights.
