135 Days – What next?

Over the last 135 days I have posted prolifically on politics, my thoughts and questions associated with it. Now I’m gonna take a break, I’d love to hear from anyone who found what I did interesting or useful.

I may return with more, potential topics – may include – a series of “Did you Know?’, covering things like how you interact with a policeman and how they must interact with you, things you can and cant say etc. not sure there is much to cover here, but then again when I started the Let’s Rethink series I didn’t expect it to go as far as it did.

There are local elections in the UK coming up, please go and vote, I don’t really care how you vote, I just ask that you do vote.. of course I’d be happier if you voted the way I feel, but actually I really just want more people to be informed and active.

So —- over to you.. oh and watch “Pump up the volume” :-)..

I created this blog as a place to discuss Mental health issues. I chose to include Music ,PC Gaming videos and more recently tabletop gaming as all of these have helped with the management of my Mental Health and I thought people who find the Blog for these may also find the Mental Health resources useful. I am aware that a lot of people with Mental Health concerns are not aware that this is what they have or how to go about getting help, I know I was one of these people for at least 10 years. Therefore if one person is helped by the content on my Blog, if one person discovers the blog and gets a better understanding of Mental Health through the videos I post, then all the work will have been worthwhile. If not.. well I am enjoying making the videos and writing the blog, and doing things I enjoy helps my mental health so call it a self serving therapy.
